El Tribunal Suprem espanyol va denegar fa dues setmanes que s'admetés a tràmit el recurs interposat el 2005 per la seva advocadessa, Montserrat Salvadó, i ara estava a l'expectativa de rebre la notificació oficial d'ingrés a presó. Alerta Solidària critica que no s'ha seguit el procediment ordinari per a detenir-lo.
Salvadó va dir la setmana passada a VilaWeb que presentarà un recurs al Tribunal dels Drets Humans d'Estrasburg.
També temia que el jutjat número 2 de Terrassa executés la sentència de seguida que rebés la notificació del Suprem espanyol. Si encara no s'havia fet efectiva, era perquè hi havia un recurs. Però des de la desestimació, la justícia espanyola tenia via lliure per a fer-o entrar a la presó, encara que la defensa apel·li a Estrasburg.
El col·lectiu Solidaritat Antirepressiva de Terrassa va fer dijous al vespre una concentració de suport a Francesc Argemí que va aplegar una vuitantena de persones, que van voler fer arribar la protesta al ple municipal.
